You fill in a detailed form and my team creates a workout and/or meal plan for you based on your answers
Every 2 weeks you update your data in the App and it generates a new plan for you based on your improvements
You have 24/7 support through our support email to ask any questions or doubts
When you go on holidays or something in your week changes, you can swap your gym workouts for home workouts
You have to keep yourself accountable in order to reach your goals
You and your partner can sync your meal plans so you have the same meals but different portions and snacks
You can choose between 2 programs: Build Program or Lean Program
You fill in a detailed form and I personally create a workout and meal plan for you based on your answers
Every week we have a check in where you update me on how your week went. You tell me about your challenges and wins of the week and I adjust your plan as needed
You have my personal phone number so you can always ask me questions if you have doubts
When you go holiday or something in your week changes, I will adjust your workouts and meal plan accordingly
I keep you fully accountable to your goals as your goal becomes my goal
If you and your partner both join, I make sure your meals are similar and based around food you already eat and enjoy
You send me a photo of your goal and I build a program specifically for you to reach that goal
